Future residents must show 4 times the base rent income to qualify.
How are utilities set up?
Residents set up and pay utilities directly to the providers. Georgia Power, RealPage Water and Internet Providers (Choose from: Xfinity, AT&T, and Verizon)
What are the application fees?
$30 for the first applicant, and $15 for any other applicant over the age of 18.
